Does anyone remember/know the name of that song Jay used to ride to in competitions? The only thing I remember is the hook going "whooooaaa, whoa oh ohhhh, whooaaa whoa whoa oh ohhhhhh" lol. But I forget who it's by =(
This vid is awesome too, used to watch it all the time.

@melittleflower You're right. To hell with trends and who's trendy at the moment. When I get the money, I'm going to do my own thing. I can't watch today's freestyle anymore.

Spot on. BMX seems to have gone the grimey skateboard route where its cool for your bike to look like its been at the bottom of a lake for a year. I still ride my 95 Hoffman Big Daddy in all its clean chrome glory LOL.

Undisputedly one of the top 3 riders (along with Mat and Dave) that made the this truley golden era the absolute peak in the sports history.
What's happened to all the bikes these days, anyways?! They all look like tacky, cheaply made pieces of shit and all set up to look like flatland bikes! (tiny chainwheel, low raked back bars, tiny, low seat, etc.)
Compare a 2011 Hoffman Condor to a '92 - '95 bike! Pretty much sums up the whole scene now.
Very sad to see.

Always awesome. Jay lived in Edmonton for a while.

Thanks Jay Miron for your involvement with BMX freestyle! It was awesome to see you when you were entering contest. video sections are incredible. Was the decade air ever pulled on half pipe? Jay came so close when he attempted on T.V. broadcast on x-games. It's been some years. Any way thanks Jay Miron!!
