man all you people LOL watch the end of your dvds if you do you will see the making of cloverfield and they clearly state the reason they made cloverfield was because they felt america needed a moster like japan has godzilla. second yes they talk about the moster being a baby and they tried to convey a feeling of it being scared and looking for its mother but sorry to say there is only one moster in the film

Good video but let me explain in the cloverfield dvd extras jj. Abrams explains that its just one monster not 2 or 3 just 1 because in the bridge scene when they were animating it it looked stupid when clover (the monster) hand destroyed it so they said he trowed a giant octopus and all those face changes are because clover changes all his facial expresions thats all but good video

I'm done with this. We all have our little fan fiction stories and ideas. But before you go around sharing them, you should go back to school and learn grammar and spelling. A few typos here and there are understandable but your spelling is very hard to read. No offence.

@:50 its "tenticles" are tucked into its stomach. and the thing that hit the bridge is its tail. its all on the toy! the two "bulgy eyes are its lungs

@xXiRoNxSigHtZzzx Actualy that IS the tail. Look at pictures of the Cloverfield figure. Compair the tail to the "tentacle" thats killes Jason. Also, Clover DOES have tentacles. You can KINDA see them when hud gets eaten. Again you can see the tentacles better, on the figure. BTW the tentacles are also known as the belly arms.
