@AddictEdToY0u24 I get my supplies from a couple of places, the baking aisle of the grocery store and a store called "The Bulk Barn" here in Ontario Canada that sells lot of baking and candy making supplies. Thanks for watching!

Make the elmo cupcakes for my nieces birthday party they were a big hit. Had one little problem with tinting the coconut red could not seem to get my coconut the color in the video. I used so much food coloring that it had an after taste. I make some the red sugar also and they were fine. At my store they had food coloring gel so that is what i used wonder if that made a difference. Could use some feed back i was told that i have to make them for her next school bake sale.

@But4grace7 The food colouring gel is certainly more concentrated and you will get a nicer deeper shade of red with it for sure. I did use red liquid for the Elmo cupcake in this video, but I made it so long ago that I don't remember how much I had to actually use to get the coconut that colour. Tinting your frosting base on the cupcake helps with the overall colour effect as well. Getting a nice red or a nice black is the toughest colours to make in decorating.

I LOVE this i tried cookie monster for a cake but when i was doing the icing i used sprinkles and i just put it right in before i iced the cake and it came out awsome i took a pic if u want me to send it to you!!!

big bird looks like an angry bird.......it's a little scary
