you realise for this to work you would have to do aprox 715 situps each day this prob took u around 2 months
then 167 a day make's a litlle sense better yet 3 months
with only 112 a day so 14 days to do what would normally take 3 months im sorry ur lieing the transformation might be real but the date isnt

I believe you mean, my good sir, that you did three months worth of situps to get that beautiful body, and then went on a 2-week eating spree of consecutive fast food meals. Your video is backwards.

Ah now i understand, the first picture is the picture after mcdonals every hour.
And the last picture is the picture before it.
Okey now i could imagine that that is possible. :D
But you have to change the ranking because it is a bit misleading.

The trick to get Sick-pack, isnt to repeat doing situps etc, Do situps with weights, Then your muscle mass will get larger, Which means, More muscles.
