  • you realise for this to work you would have to do aprox 715 situps each day this prob took u around 2 months

    then 167 a day make's a litlle sense better yet 3 months

    with only 112 a day so 14 days to do what would normally take 3 months im sorry ur lieing the transformation might be real but the date isnt

    But you have to change the ranking because it is a bit misleading.

  • The trick to get Sick-pack, isnt to repeat doing situps etc, Do situps with weights, Then your muscle mass will get larger, Which means, More muscles.
