I like how they didnt tell anyone about it, so not many claimed it in 2009. And now we all have to file before the end of January to get it.. WTF!!!!!

Absolutely sucks---Check IRS schedule M . Probably a lot of peope are going to miss a tax break due to extremely poor publicity and idiots like this explalining it

Oh boy, I get substantially less than everyone else, AND it's deferred for nine + months, or I forget to apply for it, or I die... whichever comes first. I feel so special!!!
