IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE LOOK AT MY MAIN PAGE! ANSWERS ARE THERE!

this is an older video of me dancing to shes like the wind - excuse the shorts - my butt was obviously hungry lol

I am using a 50mm chrome xpole, you can pick one up at the links above.
My pole is on static, I do not have any previous dance background, i've been asked many times if i do gymnastics and ballet, the answer is no.
I'm a totally self taught pole dancer, using video's from youtube mainly.
I started in aug/sept 2006

  • R.I.P.

  • @peeps6901 i thought i was dead for a moment - don't scare me like that lol

  • Heyy i was just wondering is 15 to young to start?? as i am nearly 15, and also i would only be doing this for the exersise because you would have to be incredibally fit to be able to do all these moves, your an inspiration (: its amazing, and did you just teach your self at home by watching videos? thankyouu this would be a great help (: x.

  • @xoxkissesnhugsxox Heya, I would say 15 is too young, I mean good for you for wanting to exercise but there's so much negativity attached to pole dancing you have to be mentally capable of coping with it, and although you think you may be right now, believe me your not, it's not nice to be called a s*** wh*** ect on a daily basis. I would advise you try gymnastics,

  • @TaraKarina get flexible and strong then when your 18 join a pole class or teach yourself from home, you'll have a great starting point then. I am self taught and started when I was 21 but believe me I wish I had taken gymnastics or something, very hard work! lol :O)

  • how old were u when u started taking lessons?

  • @penguinn77 I didn't take lessons i'm self taught, i was 21 when i started though

  • @TaraKarina; you are very good at this... so graceful with your movement. It went well with the song. i give it a 10 great job.

  • you are absolutely beautiful, and you dance so gracefully. i can only hope to be as good as you one day. just bought my xpole and waiting for it to arrive. can't wait! keep doing what you're doing and don't let the negative comments deter you from doing what you love and what you do so well :) you're an inspiration to the thousands of us who watch your vids!! thx

  • your video is fantastic!! you make it seem effortless I wish I had half the skills, strength and cordination that you have. your amazing

  • As always you dance beautifully!!! Great job!!

  • I started pole dancing at 17yo and wish I started sooner... pole dancing is an amazing way to get into shape, strengthen and tone your body.

I hated exercizing but this made me feel fantastic! It builds confidence in yourself, you're working EVERY part of your body at the same time - it doesn't feel like you're exercising at all!

  • superb what else can we say

three cheers to the dance and your moves

  • You are so beautiful and amazing !

  • wow..... really really - well done... i really like it...
