Euan Ashley and Michael Fowler, professors of cardiovascular medicine at the Stanford University Medical Center, discuss heart failure, a condition that affects nearly 5 million U.S. adults, with an estimated 400,000 to 700,000 new cases each year. What does current research reveal about new ways to diagnose and treat this dangerous condition?
The presentation was good and interesting.

First, let me thank you for producing this video. It has been most informative. I have been concerned/worried about my recent diagnosis of diastolic heart failure. I'm on a beta blocker and ACE inhibitor combined with small amount of diruetic. So thank you for putting my mind at ease with the new strides in heart failure care. Many changes have been made since my parents and sibling died of CAD and strokes. Keep up the good work??
