how do i get new levels

@corybaxter737 : There are some importing tutorials on our "Oni Galore" wiki (textures, characters, weapons, sounds, etc), but the importing of *levels* is still not fully functional. The problem is that every "new level" must have not only nice-looking geometry (which is already a lot of modeling and lighting work), but it must also have a lot of extras (interactive stuff like doors and computers, pathfinding grids so that the AI know how to run from room to room and around obstacles, etc).

@GeyserToo that is such a waist of time to map all those... why are they not just preadded naturally? think of a building, it needs, doors, windows, elevators, stairs, rooms and props... every one of those things could be dynamically added and made/loaded in almost any engine... it is just that people are stupid... they prefer to map 5 Km by hand instead of making a set of buildings that can have different things with some random seeds... now planets that are explorable are easy...so why not yet

@Slayer7666COF Sorry for the late reply. We are working not with "almost any engine" here, but Oni's, so any implementation of the "dynamical adding and making/loading" is up to us. We already auto-generate some metadata - just not enough for a comfortable authoring pipeline. THAT is why you don't see much from us. We do stuff manually ONLY at a small scale, and as a means to develop an automatic pipeline eventually.
