@TexasPhyl1 You're obviously not from the South either, because in the South, where you're born (or more specifically, where you came home from the hospital to) is where you're from. Unless you were like 2
or 3 or less when you moved there. (For instance, my grandfather was born in Wisconsin, but moved to Southeastern VA when he was 6 months old, and he's as Southern as Nathan Bedford Forrest.)

I am one of those Texans who proudly says I may not have been born in Texas, but got here as quickly as I could. I AM VERY PROUD TO BE A TEXAN. There is no other state that has such a change of scenery.

We played this over the loud speakers every morning in Afganistan, it drove the Sand N#####s crazy. They would run out waving their guns in the air and we would shoot them.
