@s0meb0dyst0pme I spoke to Aayan when she was the closing speaker at the 2007 Sydney Writers Festival. I had my copy of "Infidel"signed and I took the opportunity to welcome her to America, as an American. There was tight security at the venue as she was then a very hot target of Muslim assassination. Sniffer dogs, no cell phones allowed, no bottles with liquids, security guards all over. Definitely worth every moment to see her - what an amazing woman!

@HavocSoto Reason & science has moved civilization forward. The Renaissance and tech age are much more civil for the most part. I mean more people have killed or been killed for "God" than for any other reason. Using reason and science people can develop and modernize efficient sets of laws and order to better society. When God's laws are enforced u get countries like Afghanistan or KSA. The happiest countries on earth have the highest athiest rates. REason and Science > God.

@HavocSoto 1) The world, any competent human being could run the universe better than "God." When the rules of God were in control we called those the Dark Ages. Also look at his decision of the so called prophet Muhammad. Muhammad was a hypocrite  ( had 10 wives others allowed 4), pedophile, mass murderer, raider of caravans, slave owner etc. And Jesus seemed like the Dude from Big Lebowski but if we followed his example the human race would of died off years ago...

@BNS224 you said reason and science > "god/allah" simply becuz of people have mental illness and physical disabilities? people are born with things like that becuz of their parents, or had a problem later on in their life. if a pregnant woman consumes drugs and gives birth to a mental illness child, is that gods fault? if you get run over by a car and never can walk again, is it gods fault? god gave us life, for us to live on our own and make our own decisions.Use your reason and science

@Sazad93 and at the start she said something about "Forced marriage" in Islam a woman has the right to say yes or no to people who propose. and if her father tries to force her she has the right to go to a judge who becomes her guardian if parents aren't fit. 95% of Muslim nowadays are benign, if you want to fight a religion you fight the source. the existence of a god and if a person deserves eternal hell for not getting lucky being born into right religion.

darrell Issa = got my respect Christians and Muslims are living side by side in peace in Palestine usually Christians don't marry Muslims and vice versa, only thing they didnt get when Palestine was part of the Islamic state was higher positions/serving in army( but lets face it how many Muslims were ever president in a christian dominated county? how many buddist? ) and also they paid the Jizya which is similiar to zakah that muslims. look at egypt also christians and muslims.
