  • Would it be unreasonable to use cooking spray while softening the tortillas to cut down the amount of oil going into the food? Thanks for the video!

    I'm not sure how you would do that but you could try it. When you dip the corn tortilla in hot oil, it adds flavor as well as softens the tortilla which makes it easier to roll.
