  • Also maybe a little bit of tuning here and there and I don't know if it's just the camera, but I coulnd't hear the dynamic changes especially crescendos and decrescendos

  • It's really nice. I think you should work on balancing and blending a bit though you're bells were a little loud.. Maybe use softer mallots they shouldn't wash the flutes out like that. I couldn't hear the 1st flute part at measure 25-26 just something you might think about next time.

  • @bklacy8 Actually no, This arrangement is written by Tom Wallace It's beginning tempo is 120 and speeds up to 144 slows back down to 126 speeds up again to 152 then ends at 126 my school is doing it this year for our christmas concert and they are playing at the correct tempo. They are also dragging a little at measure 61 were it speeds to 152.

  • wow im playing this on december 8, 09. and they r taking this way to fast. it's suppose to be a slow song. wow whose ur director!?

  • If you want to play this song on your cell phone. Here are the numbers to play it on your keypad. the forward slash denotes mesure lines. 3/ 6366876/ 53123/ 636876/ 87663/ 636876/ 87653/ 63668*6/ 8632.

  • Low brass/winds sound really good, percussion (bells @ 2:10) could use a little work with tempo.

Really good, otherwise - probably better than my band will do, since we only have, like, 2 trumpets that can play this song... ah well.

  • What school is this?

  • Hmm my school must have a different part for this song, because I play Alto sax and we have a solo at the end of our song. We also start off with flutes playing and then our 1st flute plays a small solo then everyone joins in.

Anyways, it sounded pretty good, considering it was taped =p.

  • Is that really you Trey? Well damn buddy you've come along way, good to see you in a leadership role such as this, keep it up.
