HSV boys please note, the word 'cams' is not a typo. Modern engines do not use pushrods and hence have an over head cam set-up with multiple cams.
This is technology of the 21st century not from 80 years ago.

@rhysc375 Hmmm that's strange because I recall watching a push rod engine win both GT classes at LeMans this year. Play nicely now.

do you need to install cams on hi tech computer controlled engines? seems strange when you can tune your car with a laptop. However it does sound good.

Are you trying to say that the push rod engine has failed in anyway??? Hahaha they sound shit loads better than the boss motor and are much easier to work on.. Last time I did a head on a boss, which happened to be a FG Cobra with only 12,000km I wanted to chuck the head in the bin... Factory swarf/oil problem generated a huge rattle in the top end.
This is the best sounding boss I've heard in years btw....

the cams from herrod are 1200, then you have to get them installed and then tuned to your car, i use intune motor sport. John really knows these motors well , 9620 8320

this is how it sounds all the time, at idle the car rocks, it awsome. the cams are herrod motorsport cams. head work and fitting was done by Intune Motor Sport. they do a great job there.

my gt is not the supercharged model, but i think it sounds shit hot.
