http://www.swimsmooth.com Mr Smooth is an animated freestyle swimming visualisation carefully developed by experts Swim Smooth to show an ideal freestyle stroke in action.

Viewing Mr Smooth has many advantages over watching video of great swimmers. The clarity and level of control is amazing. You can view the animation from angles that you cannot normally video. Silky smooth slow motion and perfect freeze frame are standard. All the footage is synchronised so you can freeze the animation in an interesting position and jump round the angles to get a three dimensional appreciation of the stroke.

The animation is free to download to your PC or Mac from our website www.swimsmooth.com - download today, it's dead easy!

  • @FruitarianSwimster i grew 3 inches last 10 months from w...helpogrowth.commm

  • @TheLeilisa 6 feet tall is considered "short" in the sport of swimming.. lol. Most guys I know range 6'2'' - 6'7''. There are exceptions though.

  • cool soundtrack, what is this??

  • elbows seem to drop too much

  • @noun39 If you fight the water when swimming freestyle you will be wrecked after even one length. It's all down to the length of your arms. If you have small arms, try and kick harder and turn and weave your body with the rhythm. To get the most out of swimming you need to use your full body and understand and use the rest periods (part of a stroke when you're doing nothing),

  • hi I just learn how to swim free styel for 3 months ago. But when I swim to the end of the pool (25m) I am very tired. I don't know why. I think may be I am wrong with free style.

  • @TheLeilisa yes

  • @TheLeilisa yes

  • Being tall such as 6ft is an advantage in swimming ?
