Chirping Universal Security INSTRUMENTS USI-5204 AC/DC Ionization Smoke and Fire Alarm with SILENCER, Battery Back-Up. Green light is on. "Do not paint" label on the top. Show how to remove the smoke detector. Twist to the right. Locate the smoke detector's battery back-up trap door. Showing how to open the battery. Show how to disconnect the 120 volt power supply. Pinch on the cable connector with the yellow, white and black wires. How to find a smoke detectors manufacture date (MFG Date). Explain how long smoke detectors are good for. Smoke detectors need to be replaced every 10 years.
