Yea man I did the same fuckin thing today I did like a million matches in dragon arena but what you gotta do is get a charchter to exactly level 36 and keep fighting stronger people until you find a level 66 majin buu (the fat one) and Piccolo will eventually break in just keep trying it.

but how the fuck are u gona do it with a level 20...imeen heed have 2 be in the 20s cuz u rank up but even with sensu bran buu is a bitch 2 fight and i mean all of them...that cant be it

i know it involves the dragon arena..u have 2 be like level 20-40 and u get him after piccolo breaks in!! but my question is..when the fuck does he cuz ive done over 106 fights in the arena..and not one break in from piccolo
