@BORROVAN26 Thanks for that - I recall that John played an ARP sometimes in those days, but I didn't know you could play a guitar through it. I might have to research my vintage synths a bit more!
@dfarmbrough The bass sound is Bruce, the 'keyboard' is John Farrar through an ARP guitar synth (or something similar), this is a 100% live performance I believe.
Actually this is odd because they are all playing lead guitar and there is no bassist, but I can hear one, and I can hear keyboards. However I don't think this is the same as the album version as the ending flourish is different. My guess is that they pre-recorded it earlier that day (with keyboardist and bassist out of sight) then mimed it live.
