People don't seem to understand that this is a joke. You can joke about anything and every time someone will take offence to it. It's a sad fact but you aren't protected from being offended, and it's not a god given right to not ever hear or see something that pisses you off. It's really as easy as that. My grandfather has Parkinsons but I don't get pissed off when I hear jokes about that disease. I know it isn't the truth and that's good enough. If it makes people laugh, I think it's fine.
