I am one of those 20,000 Delphi Salaried employees and started to contribute to my pension when I started as a college student. This is not only a political issue for me, it's personal. One woman at the beginning says she interviewed for General Motors at 17 ?! You can't as a teenager get a job in any major corporation nowadays and the unemployment makes it worse. What skills did she have to get hired? Or did she have connections or was just another pretty face?
