Though it's only a 4-5 rep improvement since summer 2008, bench press routines have not been as rigorous since 2008 due to consistently recurring pec strains. Improved upon my 430 raw max to 450 in late 2008. Have not maxed out since this date.

Just got back into heavy bench press regimen in March 2010, primarily trying to increase 1RM. I will gear my workout a bit more towards helping to improve my 225 repetitions as well as increasing 1RM. Goal is 465 1RM before September and 35 repetitions of 225 before June. Stay tuned for video updates.

  • Why does your "19 year old age" matter... you're 19, in other words fully grown. It doesn't fucking matter anymore lol. Stop trying to make your video look so much more impressive than it actually is.

  • @DrinkSkateSleep Yeah, I guess you have a point. Because even if I were 80 years old I'd still be more of a boss than your bitchass.

  • @JamalDOA I bet you work out alot because your dick is tiny and you're insecure hahahaha

  • @DrinkSkateSleep Are you finished, psychoanalyst?

  • @DrinkSkateSleep I bet you go on other peoples' bench press videos posting jealous, hating-ass comments "because your dick is tiny and you're insecure".

  • Your not gripping the bar properly just to let you know which means obviously your going to be able to lift more

  • @bigjiggs15 ...huh???

  • @iThiZz925 Obviously you've never watched the NFL combine. It's not a routine, it's a testing lift.

  • @DrinkSkateSleep you're such a dickhead lol. if your theory is correct than why are there no 19 year old powerlifters/strongman/bodybuilders who are breaking world records? theres a reason why all of the strongest men on the planet are in their 20's and 30's not fucking teens. i wish i could smack some sense into you

  • @Lifeizgood77 I learned this stuff from a personal trainer AND I just googled it. I know I'm not wrong.

  • @Lifeizgood77 Actually is varies among different people, judging by this guy he's got peak density already if he can lift this much.

  • @DrinkSkateSleep your common knowledge on the human body is lacking so hard it's disturbing.

  • @DrinkSkateSleep i really don't know why you are commenting on a video of strength training when it is very clear you know nothing about fitness. Stick to skateboarding, even tho you also give skaters a bad name with the way you act. Muscle mass and bone density does not really mature until late 20s or early 30s. Maybe you are done growing height wise at 19 but muscle maturity your not even close, so the fact he is 19 Does make a difference sine this is nothing close to ones potential at 19.

  • @krb0123 You're an idiot. It's easier to grow muscle when your testosterone is at it's peak. Which would be 16 to about 20. At 26 it's already starting to decline. And your body mass starts to decline on it's own as well. There's way more to it than just "working out". Now shut the fuck up. Your simple, retarded arguments hurt my brain.

  • @DrinkSkateSleep jackass being 19 simply means he has probably only been working out for 3-4 years. if he was 26 he could have been working out for over 10 years. so yes doing this at 19 is much more impressive you fucking moron

  • @krb0123 O really? So did your balls drop when you were 26? I stopped growing height wise when I was 16. As most people do, maybe another 2 inch growth spirt when they're 18 but other than that you are fully grown. It's common knowledge, dude.

  • @Lifeizgood77 Smashing my nuts? Is that supposed to be funny? And I never said this guy couldn't lift weight, anybody who can lift this much is fucking strong, I'm just pointing out that it doesn't matter if you're 19. It's the same as if you we're 25. Or 30.
