@judgen Have you ever been to a Slaughterhouse? the killing of any animal is barbaric. But more important then the kill is the quality of life up to death, the American livestock industry is barbaric in its treatment of the living, from pigs living & breeding in birthing pens to cattle suffering from mad cow disease pushed into the food chain to maximize profits - regardless of method at death the animal is probably relieved to be out of such an evil business.
