there's more of her & Lipatti than i ever knw.Her Beethoven#4 is out of this world .Her story is incredible but her playing rarely touches me .I think it is something soulful that only certain others can hear. Her simplicity is touching but her Chopin f minor and Mozart k.488 sem unremarkable .a ravishing cadenza that has no spark .i think people just parrot wht others say.

Paul Hindemith' s conduct is incredibly awesome. The best performance of this profound musical piece.

Listenable: marred by the beautiful theme at about 120 taken 'forte'. Unexpected. Ugly.
And the cadenza was unremarkable.

I love Haskil but I like Haebler's no. 20 better.

That's NOT the Beethoven cadenza.

Great Cadenza!!!!
Since Beethoven wrote Mozart piano concerto no.20's cadenza, almost every pianists play Beethoven's version.
I love this version.

My god, what an AWESOME interpretation!
Loved her slow tempi, makes that much more Mozartian. Loved also the cadenza, probably hers!
I'm so in love with this woman!
Now I must review my own interpretation of this!
Multumesc pentru postare....Clara Haskil imi place mult....
