Jonas & Ellis...Plus 19 Chp. 75

Nick's P.O.V.

I set the pancakes on the table as Nate walked in carrying a grinning Sarah. One thing about her birthday: She was rarely, if not at all, on her feet. Nate and I were the main carriers, but Selena and her uncles got in some time.

"Daddy, Natty got me a bunny!" Sarah squealed.

I knew she meant a stuffed animal rabbit, because I had been with Nate when he had gotten it. My oldest son lowered Sarah onto her chair before taking his seat as Ben, Alex, and Sel walked in.

"Daddy," Ben yawned, approaching me and slumping against my side. I pulled him onto my lap without a single protest from my youngest boy, and he leaned back against my chest. Selena made sure Alex checked his levels before fixing him a plate of food.

Ben ate slowly on my lap, his energy coming to him with each bite. By the end of breakfast, he was wide awake. "Sarah, you and Mommy are going to go to Gramma and Grampa;s, ok sweetie?"

"Ok Daddy!" she chirped, hopping onto my lap once Ben was off. She hugged my neck tightly. "I love you!"

"I love you too baby," I whispered. She pulled back to give me a kiss, then she skipped over to Sel. My wife took her into her arms before exitting the house. "Ok boys, time to set up!"

After hours of set up time, the backyard was decorated for Sarah's swim party. My brothers had come over to help, and Nicki had made the cake. Up on the porch, Kevin had brought out one of the straight backed, armless chairs from the dining room.

That's where Sarah would be getting her birthday spankings.

Notice, I said spankings, as in, more than one.

She gets one from me and Sel, Mom and Dad, then all of her aunts and uncles. I know what you're thinking, that's alot. But the spanks are merely pats, nothing more. Nicole and I's had stopped...once we had turned twenty-one. Kevin and Joe had both pitched in on our last one, making it bare.

"Joseph Adam!"

Joe, who was talking with me and Nicki casually, tensed at Dad's chilling tone. Our father walked over, gripping a small piece of paper in his left hand, His right went firmly around my brother's upper arm.

"Joe, I told you, one more parking ticket and you and I would be having a discussion! You're thirty-eight for crying out loud! Why can't you follow the law?" Dad asked sternly. Joe's head dipped towards the ground, his response was silence.

Dad gave him two firm smacks, causing him to jump forward a little. Luckily, all of the kids were upstairs watching a movie in the entertainment room. 'I don't want him to get in trouble' Nicki thought in a sad voice. I nodded in agreement.

"Nicholas, can I use your room for Joseph's punishment?" Dad asked, not deviating from hos firm tone. I cringed, as it was now directed towards me. I gave my father a quick nod, a sympathetic look being thrown at my brother.

I sighed as Dad led Joe upstairs.

Demi was going to be sad.

Please, people! I'm getting nothing compared to what I usually get! I was going to try my hardest to post this weekend, given I have a basketball game and I have to make a wedding cake tomorrow, then sunday is the anniversary! But I may not post unless I get more comments! I've stopped making demands, but my comments are going down and it's making me really sad!
