Growing high brix, nutrient dense fruits and vegetables is easy. These high brix (13 brix) tomatoes are an excellent example of after harvest sustainability or shelf life. These tomatoes were stored in open air on top a dinning room table for over 16 months. The real value of this demonstration is once picked high brix fruits and vegetables do not spoil. This allows gardeners, growers and processors time to get produce to market or processed without losses. Consider this, the average household of 4 tosses out about 450 pounds of fresh food every year worth over 600.00. Our method of growing stops that loss completely. Think of what this means to every one in the food chain and your food budget; to people in third world countries where every morsel can mean the difference between life and death. We have solved this problem.
