But i don't, How can you explain that bro?

I lifted 123 + 60 wich give me a fair 183 pounds. My other leg can lift 40 pounds so this give me a fair 163 pounds . So if i do 183 + 163= 346 POUNDS of force. Well in the two leg squat you are only lifting your upper body each leg (15 percent of bodyweight ) aren't lifted. So it gives a 101 pounds weight to lift only in my case. 346-101 = 245. I am supposed to be front squatting at least 200 pounds.

@alkavadlo Pistol squats are deceptive. I expected them to increase my front squat but they did none. It's deceptive, i can do two reps with a 60 lb kettlebell ATG. And i can't barbell front squat 170 lb with both legs ass to the grass, is clearly said a bw pistol is at least equivalent to a (front?) squat with own bodyweight, i did one using a 60 pound kettlebell. I weight 145 now. They say a pistol is about 85 percent of bodyweight lifted by one leg. So i assume that
