@nubowns it's not Obama's fault the way that the US gov works. He tried to pass a good health care bill but in order to do that he had to make compromises with Republicans in Congress, this watered down the bill significantly. With a divided gov now especially Obama won't be able to do much in Congress - they refused to pass the budget which could have caused a gov shutdown. The same thing happens when a Republican president is up against a Congress controlled by democrats. Congress is to blame.
