I grew up with Sal and Tony. I wresteled with Sal on Golden Rings team and we both wresteled for Curley. We had some great time on and off the mat. RIP Sal. I will see you one day soon.
Sal had to have been one of the hardest working athletes I have ever heard of. I remember reading an article in the Baltimore Sun about how Sal used to do his "real" and most intense work after the rest of his teammates had hit the showers. What a role model!!
