  • Hello! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my work buddy lost a ton of weight with it.

  • @yamlama23 No. I have not tried that diet. I don't think I need to lose weight anytime soon. lol But, if you know of a good diet to gain weight in a healthy manner then please let me know.

  • Thank you for your insight Arman! My daughter greatly improved after removing casein, too. If you do decide to remove gluten, please let us know how it goes. I hope you can fix snacks that you like and have a peaceful time eating.

  • @marchbabymimi I will be sure to let you know how that goes if I do remove gluten. Thank you for everything. :)

  • dairy has a positive mental affect on me. cheese is considered brain food, milk does a body good, did a doctor or nutiritionist tell you that milk is bad for you? Because maybe it isnt the milk or cheese, maybe it is something else.
