【現象】
仙台のお天気電波塔に稲光．その後イルミネーションがダウン．
この電波塔，イルミネーションで明日の天気がわかる．
上から橙，橙，橙だったので明日は晴れのち晴れのち晴れ．

【背景】
本州に停滞した前線に南から湿った空気が入り込んだ影響で，28日から29日にかけ，関東，東海，東北地方では局地的に記録的な大雨が降った．

Lightning striked on the illuminated Sendai Tower.
Then all the lights of the tower suddenly died out.
I captured this on 29 August 2008. Location : Sendai City, Japan.
