Is losing weight, eating better, or just pursuing a healthier lifestyle on your list for 2012? Webster Wellness offered a free brown bag Lunch & Learn, January 25, 2012 entitled "How to Lose Weight and Not Diet." Emily Bailey, a Registered and Licensed Dietitian who is dually certified as a personal trainer gave the presentation.

Emily has been the Manager and Director of Nutrition at NutriFormance, LLC in St. Louis for the past 9 years. Emily is also a resource for our upcoming Mile-by-Mile Marathon starting March 1 and she recently completed the GO! St. Louis half marathon. She believes that all foods fit in a healthy and active lifestyle and we hope you will join us to hear more about losing weight without a diet!
