My late Aunt loved this song, she was disabled and blind and for the last 10 years of her suffering life could not walk on her own, she loved when we played this for her. So here to you Maisie, all the best and love you loads, until we meet again

Love this song Artist. He also sounds very much lie Bing Crosby, the rich voice. I can also listen all day to his voice. What a beautiful voice. Also love his taste of songs. So pure, gentle, loving and tender. Great man!!! Thank you for posting his songs. They are truly terrific.

An Irish basketball team came to New York to face St. Francis College in an exhibition game I broadcast. When I interviewed the Irish coach, I asked where he was from. He said he was from "Where the mountains of Mourne sweep down to the sea." I hadn't a clue what he meant-until I heard this song. This is a fine version, but I'm a bigtime fan of Daniel ODonnell, who also did one. if it's on youtube, listen to that.

ok I did listen to it. It is good but I think it's just Charlie Landsborough's voice I love! Also the fact that I have grown up with it may make me slightly biased!
