Nope. By "contact high", they're talking about being in contact with the person you love makes you feel happy and whatever. Interestingly, apparently "contact high" doesn't even refer to getting high by inhaling secondhand smoke - it's the placebo you get by being around people who are high and you're convinced that it has also changed your mood. Weird.
