Dear Sanjeev, I wanted to make this for Diwali and seemed pretty easy. But the measurements were wrong for the ingredients. 1/2kilo of cashew powder is 500 gms. I weighed and measure everything. It was close to 4-5cupsof cashew powder. Plus, the 3 string syrup was to measure 230 F on my candy thermometer. But it was too thick and the dough was super dry. 200 ml of water is close to 3/4cup. What did I do wrong? Please guide. Mine I had to add more water and then cook further.
