Like Lincoln, Obama is catching a lot of heat from the Southern right, who dislike him for questionable reasons. As if Romney wouldn't have made things much worse, as we know he would have. Most people had no trust for Romney, that's why Obama won re-election. There are no quick fixes, but we have to remember why there's something to fix in the first place. Unless we want the same thing to happen all over again.

if he really wanted to control the spending a good start would have been to avoid the expence of that big hooplaa for his second inauguration a small ceramony in the oval office would have been just as effective without all that cost he had his hooplaa for his first term but it's better to keep-up apperances than to be responsible we can't afford it but why should that stop us. it so sad he does not care if he did his actions would be a lot different he would not be seeking an increase

bush rack up more debt than all the previous presidents combined and unless someone comes to their sences obama will do more of the same america can't pay the intrest on the debt never mind the principal and they say this way the deficite will be reduced by 4 trillion $ who showed theses bozos how to count? when we add the unfunded liabilities to medicare and medicade the debt is actually aprx. 226 trillion $ but they are proud of their record! add the debt each state has accumulated
