The song that Plays at 6.22 means you bring your part member back to life why was that song playing to the end nice

Basically, in the japanese Dragon Quest 4 NES, the ballon is located at 0,0 on the map grid and while the graphic is disabled until you should get it, you can still "ride" it because the object itself is not disabled. I guess in the USA version they either fixed the bug by disabling it completely before you should get the balloon or just left it at 0,0 and made it unridable.

Could someone please explain what is going on in English? I've seen that door trick used before, but what is going on with all the NPCs?

This is not usual playing. Using the hidden balloon, we can avoid some events. So, the number of this party is not so many. The hidden balloon doesn't exists in English version, only in Japanese one.

And, if we defeat Boss by few member, mysterious NPC join in the party at the ending.

The hidden balloon is on the point (0,0) in the field map. Try searching YouTube for "透明気球".
