Keeping your bird clean will help a lot of the dandruff that is white and like a powder substance. If you have allergies like me it is good idea to bathe your bird at least every other day.

I think use a spray bottle filled with water then just spray your bird with it that way she or he gets his daily bath. If that doesn't work put a small bowl large enough for your bird to bathe in.

Thanks he is a boy and we had him for 7 years. He loves taking a shower and getting blow dry with the hair dryer.
