  • Does it keep your waist small after you take it off??

  • What does a corset trained waist look like without the corset? I'm really interested in seeing what it looks like

  • I'll try to answer: After you take the corset off your waist does not stay the same way. Think of it this way, the corset is a mold, but your body isn't clay. Continued tight lacing will however make your waist smaller, but that goes hand in hand with your lifestyle. If your weight fluctuates a lot, you will not notice many changes. If you maintain your weight, you will notice changes after consistent tight lacing. Nina Dobrev (Vampire Diaries) also said corset training made her waist smaller.

  • I wish someone would answer us, because it seems we all have the same question!!

  • @riotgrrrrl17 I was wondering the same thing!! If you do it for a while, say if you put it on at night or at home...when you go out during the day without it does your waist stay small. I'm thinking about doing it. Thanks!!

  • @NymphetamineFaerie It's frowned on for three reasons.

1: Historically, corsets was compulsory and caused extreme pain because they were tightened mercilessly

2: If taken to the absolute extreme, it rearranges the internal organs and can result in the need to continue wearing the corset as the organs will no longer be as well protected when the corset is off as they were before the corset training started.

3: Most people don't realize that corset training is completely consensual these days.

  • @NymphetamineFaerie it damages your body with long term use supposably

  • The question isn't wether it changes your anatomy. Oviously it does. the question is wether or not it risks your health. There is no evidence of health risk so long as it is done intelligently. The advice she gives soun d very good.

  • @NymphetamineFaerie its because it can alter your rib cage shape

  • @NymphetamineFaerie Its very pretty untill it becomes unhealthy. ;)

  • after u've trained for a while and u take off the corset does the shape stay that way or does it shape ur waist after u've taken it off?
