Zeus gameplay - Sandbox mode

Zeus in Sandbox mode. This city holds approximately 16000 citizens with 4900 workers (at Olympian difficulty setting). I managed to raise 20 companies of horsemen (there are actually 48 mansions in this city) and a full fleet of 6 Trireme. Sorry bout the un-smoothness of the video, not a very good video capture program.

how to make sure that each elite house gets an access to stadium

I remembered that being a challenge... I have two "boxes" of elite housing. One has a stadium, and I can't remember how I got the other to gain "access". I think it has something to do with where the gymnasium is in the other box. The "competitor" has to walk past all houses before getting to that gymnasium. It is the competitor that determines the access I think... Can't remember very clearly.

HELL GREAT CITY! really great, but as far as i play, i just got 10.000 citizens in sandbox.

btw roadblock can be used for goat and sheep too??! better try

@MetalThrower my best city ever in sandbox was with 25.988 thousand poeple when i loaded the game it freezes cuz it was too big. =D best level i ever build in that game.

Thats quite a bit more than what I have. Did you have a full military team? (see 2.32 in my video).  =)

very nicve structure...can u please give an advise how u build the "boxes" for the normal houses and the elite? like numbers of houses, length of street, placement of necessary buildings etc. would be very nice! :) thx in advance

@KarlandJanoschgames 100 000 population ??? That's my dream. I didn't try the big maps yet. And I Like to build linear houses, I wonder if I should change that.

My best was room for 60.000, but I never really got 60.000 inhabitants. The engine stops working at some point. for example half of my wehat farms didnt deliever.

Whats the name for your housing block? How does it acutally work?
