  • This is from Rasht

  • They are called reshteh-khoskah, and they can be found in the area near the Caspian sea and especially in Rasht.

What you see here is too delicious to be true and impossible to duplicate at your home(believe me i tried lol). The so called crepe, made from riceflour is thin, light and soft, the filling is made from walnuts cinnamon and sugar. Note the finished endproduct slowly baking and browning and gathering more deliciousness (playing hide and seek from below the tablecloth)

  • these look so good.

can anyone tell me the name of these sweets and what area they are from in iran? we have never seen them before!

  • O god, these are soo delicious !
