how do you know when to turn the know? I didn't really hear any whistle. I have one these- and after about 1 minute of hiss- which get progressively louder (faint whisle), then a full-blown whistling takes place. I have been using an electric coil burner - preheated to 8 out of 10. However, my shot aren't turning out as good as yours. Do you think I am over heating? Thanks!

@lalito33 The Bacchi Espresso machine does achieve 9 bars of pressure! It's one of a kind- investigate further before posting inaccurate comments : )

Thats not a Espresso, this is a Mokka. For a Espresso you need 9bar pressur! But looks quite good.

when you hear the hiss is time to turn the knob.
You need to heat at max power than lower during the extraction.

Dear friend, take a look at my blog.
This espresso machine reach 9 bar and 92°C.
With any other Moka you will never have these results.
And price is like 25 mokas...
