Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water ... my comic take on the Spielberg classic.
The music for my tribute is "Mack the Knife" by Bobby Darin.

Again, the music and its lyrics go hand-in-hand with bites from this awesome, AWESOME Spielberg classic. Near the end, I KNEW you were going to hold out the Hitchcock dolly-zoom shot of Scheider in his chair while the note sustained at the end! That was PERFECT, Rick!
[And I'm going to refrain from venting my rage at Universal for a (rumored...TELL ME IT'S JUST A RUMOR!!!) reboot/sequel here, since Hollywood canNOT stop cannibalizing itself for sustenance.]

@JA101K Firstly, thanks for the compliment. Secondly, no, your rage is justified. The sequel stars Tommy Lee Jones and Liv Tyler (go figure0 and will be coming at ya this summer. Just when you thought it was safe to go back to the multiplex ....
