GH3 Custom Attempt (Glitchy)

Here's the output of the Chart2QB converter I'm currently writing. Syncs up fine, star power phrases are placed correctly, but there are glitches I can't find the causes of.
- Star power lasts forever.
- Too many hopos, I tested out forcing hopos during the solo, but since for some reason the threshold made them hopos already, setting the hopo bit on the notes actually made them NOT hopos. Not sure why this happened, since they're technically all 8th notes, and should therefore be outside the hopo threshold. Whatev.
