Bloodbottler ate the snozzcumber just like Captain Hook was scared of the crocodile and later the octopus, Maleficent got killed by the sword of truth, Skeleton was afraid of heights, Prince Pyjamarama was annoyed by the monkey and McLeach was not happy about the word of 'the rangers'.

@CrocsRule931 he's her father figure. The author based the girl off his grand-daughter, and there was probably a lot of that relationship put into it.
I don't know why there always has to be some pedo jokes to tarnish innocent children's films nowadays...
