DIRECTOR'S STATEMENT:
It was my goal to make disturbing thriller/horror movie where we really cared about the lead character and the awful things that happen to her. I studied DON'T LOOK NOW, THE WICKER MAN, and other cerebral classics of the 1970s and made every effort to have great performance and characterizations that illuminate the dark recesses of the human psyche take the place of cheap, stakeless gore. @morbid598 Uhhh read the blurb, doll! The Wicker Man REMAKE! The bees?? We won the Best International Picture Award at Bram Stoker International Festival where Robin Hardy and The Wicker Man were honored with lifetime achievement award, and Mr. Hardy had dinner with us and invited us to his house.
