1. take the horse across the river
2. go back and take the cabbage and bring it across the river
3. take the horse and bring it back across
4.get the alligator and bring the alligator across the river
5. come back and get the horse
6. enjoy your accomplishment
7. skin the alligator
8. eat your cabbage with the alligator meat
9. ride your horse home
