Your approach on your field goals is a little too sloppy. You need to have a quick but timed approach. You have a good leg, maybe follow thru a little better and ease your way up to the ball better timed and not so stuttery will help with accuracy. Punts arent too bad god distance but again, you need to follow through and that will help with hang time. Do a lot of stretches and flexibility training. Overall not too bad,kid. check my kicking vids out.
Yeah when you run at the ball you take short chopy steps not sayin its bad but i dont know if its good form.

Slow approach on everything..on punts and field goals I mean. 3 steps max, on both. You need to cut those steps down or you're blocked
