It was such a fun project! It took us about 4 hours total but keep in mind we did a lot of extras and we took our time so that it would come out perfect for us.

  • Thanks for the video. Pricing and all! Looks like you have a good hubby!

  • @greeneyez484 Thank you and yes I do :)

  • I love your video, I really want to make a headboard myself. So this was very helpful! But I was wondering, do you know how much the plywood would cost for a queen size bed?

  • @Beautifuljaz19 Thank you... and to be honest I'm not sure. When I was looking to do it myself I'm pretty sure I read it was less than $20 from home depot/lowes and they will cut it down for you. Good luck!

  • Great job what size was urn head board

  • @MakeupByRinaP It's a king size

  • Awesome job!

  • @kyleandjessP thank you

  • @bdelrio26 No it's a textured fabric called seaglass by christie brinkley. I believe... It has tiny little flecks of green and blue and white you just can't see it. I think you could use suede for sure just make sure you have long enough staples. I'm not sure how the suede will do with the buttons since it is pretty thick. Good luck!

  • THANK YOU FOR UPLOADING!! quick question, what kind of fabric did you buy? is it suede? i cant tell =)
