@MrBasso69 ..Bass ONLY sounds good with either Fender Precision or Fender Jazz basses. I'm into '60s rock ' n roll, surf & rythmn & blues....and in my (humble) opinion ONLY a Fender bass fills the bill. As an e.g. I use Stan Lark of " The Fireballs " on " Torquay " & any other hits by that group. Liked it when " The Ventures "...(the late) Bob Bogle played a Fender bass...instead of the Mosrite which he/they went to later.
