Word to successful African Americans: leave the clowns behind. Sorry, but the road to avoiding a stupid ghetto death is getting an education while working multiple jobs to meet expenses; finding a mate who does the same; & getting your behind out of Foolsville. A tiny percentage of black folk escape via sports or music, but the overwhelming majority of us will have to do it the boring, unglamorous, gotta-spend-most-our-time-around-white-folks way & should do so. It's not rocket science, y'all.

Scientist (not me) can view the world in a more logical way then those who take things purely on faith. I am at peace though it would be nicer if I could believe in heaven and a benevolent god .. from earthquakes to cancer to HIV to worms that borrow through a blind a young boy in Africa etc I can only see if there was a god that he is malevolent or not omnipotent to stop a flawed world he started.

You can't look at God in a logical way...you can't even look at our whole existence in a logical way....i choose to believe in God because its about having faith and purpose in life. i've noticed my life is much better when i'm in relationship with God. i hope you find peace in your life... peace and blessings
