Make Me a Millionaire Episode 208 - Air Date 3/6/10

"Make Me a Millionaire," the California Lotterys TV game show, awarded 12 lucky contestants a total of $92,000 in cash and prizes on this weeks show.

Donald Guy of Fontana was the big winner this week. He successfully completed the Lucky Penny game and claimed a $30,000 prize in lieu of a car. His reasoning for taking the cash was simple Family is my number one priority, and Id like to help them out with this money, he said. He also added that he had a wonderful experience being on the show.

Another exciting moment came later on in the program when Rebecca Straka of Encinitas played California Cool. With $50,000 in hand, she opted to press on and try to double her winnings. Unfortunately she uncovered a false statement and ended the game with $25,000. I came in with nothing, so I was going to go for it the whole way, Straka said. She added that she was going to use some of the money for a car and save some for her two young children.

With the progressive jackpot increasing $200,000 each week, next weeks Millionaire game contestant will have a chance to win $1.4 million.
